In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), AZ Tools has adopted the policy below to address allegations of copyright infringement. We reserve the right to:

  2. Terminate accounts or services of repeat infringers.

Use of AZ Tools services is always subject to our [Terms of Service], which incorporate this Copyright Dispute Policy. Any capitalized terms used but not defined in this Policy have the meanings assigned to them in our Terms of Service.

1. Procedure for Reporting Copyright Infringements

If you believe that content accessible through our Services infringes your copyright (or the copyright of someone you are authorized to represent), please send a written notice of infringement to our Designated Agent with the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature as the copyright owner or authorized representative;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work(s) that you claim has been infringed;
  • Detailed description of the infringing material and its location, so we can identify and locate it;
  • A good-faith statement that you believe the use is unauthorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address (if available); and
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. Upon Receipt of a Valid Copyright Infringement Notice

Once a proper DMCA notice is received, AZ Tools may:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
  • Notify the user or content provider of the removal or restriction;
  • Terminate the account of repeat infringers at our discretion.

3. Procedure for Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was wrongly removed or disabled, you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Agent that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • Identification of the material that was removed or access-disabled, and its location before it was removed;
  • A good-faith statement that the removal was a mistake or that the content was misidentified;
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address (if available); and
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in the district where your address is located (or if outside the UK, the jurisdiction in which AZ Tools is located), and that you will accept service of process from the original complaining party.4. After Receiving a Counter-Notice

If AZ Tools receives a valid counter-notice, we may, at our discretion:

  • Forward the counter-notice to the original complainant;
  • Inform them that the removed content may be reinstated in 10–14 business days unless they file legal action to stop it.

If no such legal action is taken, AZ Tools may reinstate the content or lift the restriction within that time frame.
